Workbooks designed and printed for Best Behaviour.
Best Behaviour Dog Training offers 121 training, puppy classes, adult dog training classes and behaviour consultations for problem behaviours.
As part of their VIP training, Best Behaviour Dog Training wanted to have a series of A4 landscape workbooks designed for their ‘Ultimate Recall Program’ which candidates could fill in as they worked their way through the 12-week course.
So what did we do?
DL Design was asked to design and print branded A4 landscape workbooks. The workbooks had to be easy to read with plenty of room to write in and the size had to be an A4 landscape format.
A silk paper was chosen as this can be written on in biro and once printed, the booklet was saddle stitched so that each page could be turned without any loose pages falling out.
To create a saddle-stitched booklet, the pages are nested and stitched together with wire through the centre. This forms ‘staples’ through the folded spine which looks similar to a staple that you would use in your office.
This option is ideal for an affordable booklet, such as a workbook for a training company.
You can also add a cover lamination, such as matt or soft touch, for increased protection and a premium finish.

Logo and advertising created for Dogversity.
Dogversity is a fun and effective online training for puppies and dogs.
Dogversity has been created as an easy-to-follow education system for a new puppy or dog. DL Design was approached to refine and craft a logo from the client’s idea. Once the logo was approved it was time to get to work creating advertising material for this new venture.
Flyers, business cards, roller banners, PVC banners, adverts and certificates were all created to help the launch of Dogversity. The flyers were designed to advertise the fact that you can “unleash your dog’s potential with online puppy and dog training” with courses for puppies and beginners, through to adult dogs and expert levels.

So what did we do?
The Dogversity logo underwent a meticulous refresh, focusing on optimising the kerning for enhanced readability and visual appeal.
Following the logo redesign, promotional materials including business cards, flyers, press ads, and certificates were tailored to highlight the course's advantages. Additionally, a roller banner and a large-format banner were custom-designed and produced.
The roller banner, measuring 0.85m wide x 2m high (850mm x 2000mm), features a bespoke graphic printed on durable 400gsm SoFlat material, known for its anti-curl, anti-scuff, and anti-glare properties. It includes a robust bungee pole and socket base, along with a snap clip top rail housed in a spacious internal graphic unit, all neatly packed in a zippered carry bag for convenience.
Meanwhile, the banner, sized at 2500 x 1000mm, was optimised for long-distance visibility, perfect for venues like arenas. Printed on sturdy 400gsm PVC and equipped with eyelets, it ensures easy attachment to frames or structures.
