Trade show print designed for Helvellyn Group.

Helvellyn Group is a leading manufacturer of low-environmental-impact coal replacement fuel for industrial and power generation applications.

The company needed fresh trade show materials for an upcoming event in Cyprus.

To make a strong impression at their stand, they turned to DL Design for the design and printing of several promotional items.

The project involved creating a variety of branded materials, including a trifold leaflet, notepad, pen, coffee cup, and a large roller banner. However, the first task was to address the issue with the company’s logo. The existing logo was a low-resolution JPEG, which meant it would pixelate when enlarged for the roller banner. To ensure a sharp, high-quality print, the logo was redrawn as a vector file, allowing it to be resized for both small items, like pens, and large displays, like banners, without any loss of clarity.

Once the logo was refined, DL Design went on to produce the following materials:

  • Inside spread of the trifold leaflet.

  • Branded A5 notepads.

  • Promotional pens printed with the logo.

  • Branded coffee cups.

  • 850mm wide roller banner.

Each of these items required different production methods, from digital printing and large-format printing to litho printing. To ensure the materials were delivered on time and within budget, multiple suppliers were coordinated by DL Design, offering complete print and project management. This streamlined the process, providing Helvellyn Group with a single point of contact and ensuring the project was completed efficiently.

DL Design specialises in promotional material design and print management, ensuring your trade show presence is both professional and impactful.
